The Morendat Institute of Oil & Gas (MIOG) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Kenya Pipeline Company founded in 2014 following a resolution by heads of state from Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda and South Sudan to establish Centres of Excellence in the region to offer capacity building for the Northern Corridor Integration Projects (NCIP).
MIOG’s mission is to build capacity for Oil & Gas industry by offering internationally accredited courses, research, and consultancy services with a vision to become an International Centre of Excellence for Oil & Gas skills development.
